Relief & Rehabilitation

Bangladesh is a disaster-prone country. Every year, the people of Bangladesh witness excessive rain or storm, flood or cyclone, or drought. disaster is a common headline in The daily newspapers. People are living under these natural disasters. Although natural calamity can’t be prevented, At least, it is possible to reduce risk and damages by developing awareness and helping the needy. IRDF has been working for disaster or flood-affected people since 2001. We have 6 programs

• Emergency food for floods victims
• Ramadan food for poor
• Qurbani meat distribution
• Warm cloth distribution
• Refugees aids
• Special relief for needy

IRDF & Islamic Relief Bangladesh had jointly done many food distribution programs throughout Bangladesh, particularly the Rangpur division. We also implemented many aids and food distribution projects with the help of UNDP and the World Food Program.  Since 2001, Integrated Rural Development Foundation (IRDF) assisted around 25 thousand families.
