Youth Development

This world is currently hosting nearly one and half billion young people; among them around 50 million live in Bangladesh. This huge amount of young population demonstrates an immense potentiality for Bangladesh. It is often stated that the shape, size and prosperity of tomorrow’s world depends on the actions or development of today’s youth. The current youth population size of Bangladesh is almost 34.5 percent of the total population. It is projected that almost half of the young are unemployed and 23% are illiterate.

Considering above scenario, IRDF has taken youth development in the highest priority. It has articulated numerous training programs for youth such ss

The core objective of this program is to generate a young generation who will be creative, entrepreneur, innovative and dynamic.
